User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit or upload to LearnVerse AI.

By uploading content, users represent that they own the necessary rights or have obtained appropriate permission to use that content.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy substantial portions of our original content.
  • Redistribute our proprietary materials.
  • Remove copyright notices.
  • Misrepresent LearnVerse AI content as your own.
  • Use our trademarks or branding in a misleading manner.

AI-Generated Content

Users are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content they use complies with applicable copyright laws and third-party rights.

LearnVerse AI does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are free from third-party intellectual property claims.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe that material available on LearnVerse AI infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to:

Your notice should include:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material.
  • A statement of good-faith belief.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others may be suspended or permanently terminated.

Pulse End-to-End Encrypted Messages

Content shared through Pulse is end-to-end encrypted and not visible to LearnVerse AI. Rights holders reporting infringement in Pulse must provide their own decrypted copy (screenshot or export) along with the sender's username and timestamp.
