Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using LearnVerse AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@learnverseai.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the content you upload, the queries you submit to the AI, and how you use AI-generated output. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, or educational purposes.

You must not:

• Upload illegal content.
• Upload copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use.
• Upload malware, viruses, or otherwise harmful files.
• Abuse or attempt to overwhelm AI services.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Share accounts or resell access without written permission.

• AI responses may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations.
• You should independently verify important information before acting on it.
• AI responses are provided for educational purposes only.
• LearnVerse AI does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of AI-generated content.

• You retain full ownership of the documents you upload.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload each document.
• You grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your documents solely to provide the Service to you.

• Pulse direct and group chats are end-to-end encrypted on your device using X25519 key exchange and AES-GCM 256-bit message encryption.
• Your private key is stored only on your device. LearnVerse AI cannot read, recover, or decrypt your Pulse messages, and cannot restore them if you lose access to the device or clear browser storage.
• You are solely responsible for the messages you send. You must not use Pulse to send illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing, or otherwise abusive content. Violations may result in account suspension or termination even though message content is encrypted, based on reports from other users.
• Reporting: when you report a message, the reporter's decrypted copy is shared with our moderation team so we can review and act on it.

Includes a limited monthly quota of AI actions and storage.

Pro plan

Unlocks higher quotas, advanced AI features, and priority support.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Razorpay (INR) or Lemon Squeezy (USD).

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.

Refund policy

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support for exceptional cases.

Price changes

We may adjust prices with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

The LearnVerse AI website, brand, logo, software, and design are owned by LearnVerse AI and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your data.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for:

• Fraudulent activity.
• Abuse of the Service or other users.
• Illegal activity.
• Spam or bulk automated use.
• Violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnVerse AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated answers may be inaccurate and must not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
• Google Authentication — optional single sign-on.
• OpenAI-compatible AI providers — model inference.
• Razorpay & Lemon Squeezy — subscription billing.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security. We may terminate or restrict access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction to be specified by LearnVerse AI prior to public launch. Until then, disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiation.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
