Review Process

- Request additional information if necessary.
- Remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate.
- Notify the affected user.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by applicable law.
After reviewing a valid counter-notification, LearnVerse AI may restore the material where appropriate and consistent with applicable legal requirements.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
False Notices
Knowingly submitting false or fraudulent copyright notices or counter-notifications may expose the sender to legal liability under applicable law.
Encrypted Pulse Messages
Pulse messages are end-to-end encrypted and we cannot access their contents. To report infringing material shared via Pulse, please include a screenshot or copy from your own device along with the sender's username and approximate timestamp so we can investigate.
