Signing in and fixing sign-in problems
Sign in with email, Google or Apple, and troubleshoot the most common sign-in failures.

Use the same method you registered with. If you signed up with Google, use the Google button rather than a password — an account created through a social provider has no password until you set one.
Common problems
- Invalid credentials: the email or password is wrong. Passwords are case-sensitive; check caps lock before resetting.
- Email not confirmed: open the verification link sent when you registered, then sign in again.
- Account exists with a different method: if you originally used Google or Apple, the password field will not work. Use the same provider.
- Verification check not completed: the sign-in button stays disabled until the on-page security check passes. Refresh if it stalls.
- Too many attempts: repeated failures trigger a short cool-down. Wait a few minutes rather than retrying immediately.
Two-factor authentication
If two-factor authentication is enabled you will be asked for a six-digit code from your authenticator app after your password. Codes rotate every thirty seconds, so if a code is rejected, wait for the next one and make sure your device clock is set automatically.
Lost your authenticator? Use one of the recovery codes saved when you enabled it. If those are also gone, contact support from the email address on the account.
