Support tickets: getting help fast

How to raise a support ticket, what to include, and what response times to expect.

Last updated 2026-06-24

Search this help centre first — account, billing, tool and call problems are covered above and are usually resolved faster than a ticket. If that does not help, raise a ticket from the support page.

What to include

  1. What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  2. The exact error message, copied rather than paraphrased.
  3. The page or tool where it happened.
  4. Your device, browser and whether you have tried another browser.
  5. For billing issues: the date and amount. Never send card numbers.

What happens next

You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket reference, and replies arrive by email and appear in your ticket list. Keep the conversation on one ticket rather than opening duplicates — duplicates slow the queue down for everyone.

What we will never ask for

Our team will never ask for your password, your two-factor codes or your full card number. Any message that does is not from us — report it.
